Privacy policy

This policy explains how CyanDB handles information when you visit the website or use a CyanDB workspace.

Information you provide

To create and operate a workspace, CyanDB may process your name, email address, authentication data, workspace membership, domain names, alias names, destination inbox addresses, and verification or routing configuration. Do not add sensitive personal information to alias names or other configuration fields.

How we use information

Email and message content

CyanDB does not provide a mailbox or store forwarded message bodies or attachments. The current email-routing provider is a mock and does not deliver or forward real email. If a live forwarding provider is introduced, that provider may process message content in transit to route it.

Service providers

CyanDB uses hosting, database, and transactional email providers to operate the service. These providers process information needed for their services. Account verification and password recovery email may be sent through Resend when enabled. CyanDB does not sell personal information.

Retention and your choices

Workspace and account information is retained to provide the service, maintain security, and meet applicable obligations. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of account information, contact privacy@cyandb.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Cookies and security

CyanDB uses necessary browser storage and cookies for authentication and core site operation. See the Cookie policy. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Changes and contact

This policy may be updated as CyanDB’s features and providers change. The latest version will be published on this page. For privacy questions, write to privacy@cyandb.com.
